Welcome to Youth Services. Visit us to browse the growing collection of books, do research, play with the toys, use the computers, or participate in one of our many programs offered to infants through middle school age children.

Our collection includes board books, picture books, Newberry and Caldecott award winning books, parenting books, magazines, videos, books-on-tapes, and CD-ROMs.

Programs include story times designed for each age level, a Summer Reading Program, and special workshops, speakers and entertainers scheduled throughout the year. Dates and times for special programs and story times are listed below.

Toddler Time
Mondays @ 10:30am
Nov. 2 – Dec. 14

This storytime features stories, fingerplays, music, and a simple craft. Ages 2-3 with an adult. Space is limited. Registration is encouraged.

Please note: Toddler Time will not meet Thanksgiving week.

  

Friday Friends
Fridays @ 10:30am
Nov. 6 – Dec. 18

This storytime features themed stories, music, and crafts. Ages 3 and up. Registration is encouraged.

Please note: Friday Friends will not meet Thanksgiving week.

 

Baby Time
Thursdays @ 10:15am
Nov. 5 – Dec. 17

Join us for 30 minutes of board book sharing, fingerplays and songs, with a time for play and socializing. Birth-2 year with a parent/caregiver. Space is limited. Registration is strongly encouraged!
