Come see what YOGA is all about. The Yoga Shop in Old Saybrook is offering classes with their new trainers. These classes will be Monday mornings at the Library in our Community Room — bring your mats and water bottles and get ready to stretch!
Classes will be instructional, beginner level and explore the different styles and types of yoga. The exposure will help you figure out if you prefer a relaxed slow paced yoga, a fast paced cardio yoga, a restorative yoga or hot yoga. Each yoga format has its benefits and purpose – we can help you find the right yoga for you.
